Please remember that

• The booking should be done at least 8 days before departure, sending us copy of your identity card/passport and driver's license
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside motorhomes
• No additional charge for the second driver is added
• The minimum age requirement to drive a camper is 21 and it is mandatory to have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
• The driver must have a valid driving licence class B or a valid international driving licence
• Our campers undergo thorough checks (authorized Fiat and Ford workshop) and sanitization, they are guaranteed and complete with all possible insurance coverage: R.C. (third party liability insurance), Green Card insurance, Fire and Theft Insurance, Roadside Assistance and Partial Kasko Insurance 1.400€ deductible.
• All our vehicles are newly registered, standard cabin air-conditioner, cruise control, ABS, ASR, double airbag, radio, veranda
• After each return motorhomes are cleaned and sanitized with detergent and antibacterial products and steam.
• Returns take place, ex works, in via Irlanda, 2 Gallarate ITALY.
• Each rental requires the mandatory purchase of the Ready2go Kit at the flat price of EUR 95.00 for the use of chemical toilet refill, gas cylinders, water tanks, water pipe, caravan wash, 220V cable, wedges, toilet liquids, blinds, mattress protector, snow chains (during the mandatory winter period), dustpan and broom and fixed pick-up fee.
• Week-end rate NOT AVAILABLE in high season
• Neither pick up nor return on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and days before public holidays (NO pick-up / drop-off of vehicles from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and after 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise agreed upon confirmation.)
• The personal effects found during the cleaning inside the vehicles will be kept available to the Lessee for a period not exceeding 2 weeks from the date of return, excluding perishable goods that will be immediately eliminated.
• Deposit of 1,000 EUR to be paid through:
  • Credit Card (NO American Express) by pre-authorization, the amount will be fully released directly by your bank in about 20 days, after the vehicle has been checked on your return. Any possible costs attributable to your liability will be deducted by such deposit.
• Possibility of FREE outdoor parking with video surveillance
• FLY&DRIVE service with shuttle to and from Milan Malpensa Airport. Rate on request for other airports.
• Values are expressed in Euro, VAT included.
